About the Role
Join Veolia and help us take better care of the world's resources while contributing to a sustainable future. As a Meter Reader, you will conduct daily meter downloads (FEGP and PCA), learn designated meter reading routes, program and download data from meters using specialised software, and ensure all information is accurately sent to end users. You will record manual readings for AMR meters as required and support the transition from paper-based to electronic meter readings across the site. Investigating customer complaints related to meter readings, verifying accuracy against billing, and reporting findings to your line manager will be key responsibilities.
