
Purpose:
Support the planning, coordination, and reporting of social value initiatives across key borough projects. Ensure delivery to local communities is effective, measurable, and communicated clearly to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with planning and delivering social value programmes
Monitor progress and report against targets
Maintain accurate project documentation and budgets
Build engaging reports and presentations for stakeholders
Support community engagement events and meetings
Essential Requirements:
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade C/4+)
Genuine interest in sustainability, community engagement, or EV infrastructure
Strong organisational, analytical, and time management skills
Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Confident communicator
Desirable:
A-Level or Level 2 in business, sustainability, or social sciences
Experience using Copilot, SharePoint, or similar digital tools
Previous volunteering or community project experience
London-based or easily commutable
Training & Development:
Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship covering project planning, stakeholder management, financial analysis, and business improvement techniques
