Job Title: Solar Compliance Administrator
Location: Manchester (Office-Based)
Salary: £28,000+ per annum (DOE)
Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday

About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised Solar Compliance Administrator to join a rapidly growing renewable energy company. In this office-based role, you’ll support our operations team by managing compliance paperwork, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring our solar installations meet all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, check, and file onboarding paperwork for engineers (scaffolders, roofers, electricians).
• Submit notifications to Distribution Network Operators (DNOs) for upcoming installations and lodge completion notices.
• Maintain and update records in the CRM/job management system.
• Prepare and submit documentation such as:
  • Building control notifications
  • MCS certificates
  • Product and insurance-backed warranties
• Assist with general admin and customer service tasks.
• Keep accurate, organised records to support operational efficiency and compliance.
