Job Title: Solar Installation Coordinator
Location: Manchester (Office-Based)
Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Solar Installation Coordinator to join a rapidly growing renewable energy company. In this office-based role, you’ll manage and coordinate solar installations across the UK, ensuring projects run smoothly, compliance requirements are met, and customers are kept informed throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate installations, including scaffolding, roofing, and electrical work, using a job management system.
- Ensure all compliance paperwork is prepared and available for engineers.
- Order parts from national suppliers and arrange timely delivery to customer sites.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates and managing expectations.
- Handle in-day engineer queries related to parts, plant location, or schedule changes.
- Process and accurately file completion paperwork in the CRM.
- Provide aftercare services, monitor solar systems remotely, and manage repairs or issues.
- Liaise with sales and engineering teams to ensure smooth handovers and an excellent customer experience.

Essential Skills & Attributes:
- Experience in operational support or project coordination roles
- Strong organisational skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Proficient in CRM, job management systems, and Google tools
- Project management mindset, able to handle multiple installations at once
Desirable:
- Experience in solar installations or knowledge of MCS requirements
