We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Procurement & Supply Chain Officer to support their growing operational capacity. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a mission-led organisation and play a key role in shaping and delivering procurement activity across a wide range of areas from supplier onboarding to tender management.

About the Role

You’ll support and lead activity across 8–9 core procurement functions, including:

• Conducting market research and supplier analysis

• Identifying and onboarding new suppliers

• Managing supplier registration and documentation

• Supporting or leading tendering processes

• Maintaining accurate contract and performance records

• Producing performance and spend reports

• Ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures

• Supporting the development of procurement frameworks and contract management tools

This is a hands-on delivery role, ideal for someone keen to build or expand their procurement career with impact and visibility.

Who We’re Looking For

• CIPS qualified

• 2–3 years’ experience in a procurement, supply chain, commercial or operations role

• Comfortable managing multiple priorities, suppliers, and processes

• Confident using Excel and procurement tools or reporting systems

• Clear communicator who’s organised, pragmatic, and keen to learn
