We are looking for Graduates for our Environmental Services teams who have a flexible approach and an appetite to learn in a leading Engineering and Professional Advisory services consultancy. You will enjoy working in a collaborative environment applying your skills to a diverse range of clients and projects.

We are recruiting Graduates for the following services and locations:
- Landscape Architecture: London, Exeter, Bristol, Manchester, Glasgow, Edinburgh
- Cultural/Historic Heritage: London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Glasgow

About the Teams and Projects
As a Graduate in our Environmental Services teams, you will work on innovative projects across a broad range of clients, sectors, and scales. Projects include active travel plans, HS2 Rail, Renewable Energy projects, public realm designs, pedestrianisation schemes, and major infrastructure projects such as Sizewell and East-West Rail.

Landscape Architecture
You will support client projects alongside senior staff within a large team of landscape architects and urban designers. Activities include landscape design and assessment, technical input for strategic studies, LVIA and TVIA reports, design development, detailing, tender and construction support, and post-construction management. You will use software such as AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.

Historic Heritage
Join the largest heritage consultancy in the UK, working on archaeology, built heritage, setting and design throughout project lifecycles. Tasks include analysis of historic maps, site visits, heritage baselines, GIS mapping, archaeological desk-based assessments, and heritage statements. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

Experience
No prior experience required. We seek graduates with a flexible approach and eagerness to learn.

About You
- Enthusiastic with a passion for creativity, problem-solving, and data analysis.
- Strong numerical skills and proficiency or interest in Excel and GIS.
- Ability to travel to sites and client offices not accessible by public transport.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute new ideas.
- Commitment to personal and professional growth.

Qualifications
You will have graduated with at least a 2:2 in a master's or bachelor's degree relevant to the role you are applying for. We welcome applications from all suitably qualified candidates regardless of background.
