About the Role
At WSP, you will have the opportunity to contribute to landmark environmental projects across the UK, working with a diverse range of clients including High Speed 2, Homes England, UK Defence, Heathrow, Bristol Airport, Flotation Energy, Rampion Wind Farm, Orsted Hornsea Three Wind Farm, National Grid and EDF Energy. As an Assistant Environmental Project Manager, you will support the Project Manager and Technical Lead in delivering multi-disciplinary environmental projects safely, on time and within budget. Your responsibilities will include supporting the development of project proposals by determining requirements, scope, resources, programme, and cost estimates. You will assist in preparing project management documentation such as plans, forecasts, risk registers, schedules, and stakeholder registers. Coordination of project schedules and progress monitoring, preparation of health and safety information for site visits, scheduling meetings, minute taking, and tracking actions will also be part of your role. You will undertake information management activities using industry-standard Common Data Environments like SharePoint and ProjectWise, work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams, and assist in supplier contract administration. Experience
Interest or experience in environmental or land-based sustainable development. Project experience, preferably within environment or sustainability sectors. Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams and project management processes is advantageous.

Qualifications
Degree in a relevant discipline such as environment, project or construction management, engineering, science, building, or quantity surveying, or a combination of relevant project management experience and qualifications.
