We are hiring multiple Assistant Environmental Project Managers to join our growing Environmental Project Management team. You will play a key role in multi-disciplinary environmental projects, supporting the Project Manager and Technical Lead to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget. You will work on a diverse and exciting range of environmentally led projects across the UK in both public and private sectors, including clients such as High Speed 2, Homes England, UK Defence, Heathrow, Bristol Airport, Flotation Energy, Rampion Wind Farm, Orsted Hornsea Three Wind Farm, National Grid and EDF Energy.

Your responsibilities will include supporting the development of project proposals by determining project requirements, scope, resources, programme, and cost estimates. You will assist in developing project management documentation such as project plans, cost forecasts, risk registers, schedules and stakeholder registers. You will coordinate monitoring and updating of project schedules and progress against milestones, prepare health and safety information for site visits, schedule meetings, take minutes, track actions, and manage information via Common Data Environments like SharePoint and ProjectWise. You will work closely with multi-disciplinary environmental teams and assist in supplier contract administration.

Requirements

Experience
Interest or experience in environment and/or land-based sustainable development. Project experience, preferably in environmental or sustainability sectors.

Qualifications
Degree in a relevant discipline such as environment, project or construction management, engineering, science, building or quantity surveying, or a combination of relevant project management experience and qualifications.
