About the Role

We are hiring multiple Assistant Environmental Project Managers to join our growing Environmental Project Management team. You will play a key role in multi-disciplinary environmental projects, supporting the Project Manager and Technical Lead to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.
You will work on a diverse and exciting range of environmentally led projects across the UK in both public and private sectors. Our clients include High Speed 2, Homes England, UK Defence, Heathrow, Bristol Airport, Flotation Energy, Rampion Wind Farm, Orsted Hornsea Three Wind Farm, National Grid, and EDF Energy.
Your responsibilities will include supporting the development of project proposals by determining project requirements, scope, resources, programme, and cost estimates. You will assist in preparing project management documentation such as plans, cost forecasts, risk registers, schedules, and stakeholder registers. Coordination of project schedules and progress monitoring, preparation of health and safety information for site visits, scheduling meetings, minute taking, and tracking actions will also be part of your role.
Additionally, you will undertake information management activities using industry-standard Common Data Environments like SharePoint and ProjectWise, work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary environmental teams, and assist in the administration of supplier contracts.

Experience
Interest or experience in environment and/or land-based sustainable development preferred. Project experience, ideally within environment or sustainability sectors, is desirable.

Qualifications
Degree in a relevant discipline such as environment, project or construction management, engineering, science, building, or quantity surveying, or a combination of relevant project management experience and qualifications.
