About the Role
Join WSP as an Associate Project Manager within an expanding team focused on delivering diverse projects across infrastructure, natural environment, water, flood defence, and earth and environment sectors. You will work on projects ranging from £10m to £500m, providing leadership and guidance to multidisciplinary teams while ensuring compliance with quality management systems and driving efficiencies throughout project execution. Your responsibilities will include contract management, commercial oversight, client engagement, business development support, and line management duties. You will be part of the wider Project Management and Commercial Management Team within the Civil Infrastructure and Utilities Group, benefiting from a flexible working culture that prioritises safety and wellbeing. Requirements

Experience
- Proven track record delivering complex, high-risk projects successfully, including large infrastructure projects and programmes.
- Experience in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Commercial Management.
- Demonstrable experience working within collaborative integrated delivery teams.
- Competence in stakeholder management, risk management, planning/scheduling, and commercial management.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Experience in water, linear infrastructure, and/or environmental projects is beneficial but not essential.

Qualifications
- Professional qualification in project management, quantity surveying, and/or an engineering discipline.
- Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Maths (STEM) or similar.
- NEC accreditation in Project Management.
- Membership of professional institutions, preferably Chartered.
- Evidence of higher attainment and ongoing professional development in project management or related field.
