We are seeking an ambitious, technically strong EHS professional comfortable in client-facing roles and committed to growing a career in consultancy. You will support clients in driving occupational Health & Safety and Environmental performance across diverse sectors including finance, industrial, manufacturing, transport, oil and gas, infrastructure, chemical, construction, aviation, and government.

As part of our Resilience team, your expertise in H&S and environmental management or sustainability will contribute to projects involving protected species, pollution control, surface water and materials management, air quality, and noise management in some of the world’s busiest and most beautiful locations.

Your role within the HSE Advisory team will involve delivering excellent occupational/workplace H&S and environmental support on a wide range of projects, from large multi-disciplinary Arcadis projects to smaller local clients. You will also support clients in developing digital solutions such as SharePoint design, Microsoft Forms, Power Apps, and Power BI dashboarding.

The role includes providing competent EHS assistance through support functions or secondments into businesses or projects, with close links to transactional services including occupational workplace H&S and environmental due diligence and gap analysis.

Experience
- Clean UK Driver's License
- Experience as an EHS Consultant, Advisor, Manager, or within a SHEQ function
- Strong knowledge of UK & Ireland EHS legislation and compliance requirements
- Proven delivery of Health & Safety Management Systems (ISO 45001/HSG65)
- Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001)
- Internal audits and inspections

Comfortable working in a flexible environment with a willingness to travel occasionally. Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work collaboratively across diverse teams and sectors.

Qualifications
- Membership of IOSH or ISEP, ideally CMIOSH, Graduate IOSH, Tech IOSH, or ISEP Graduate/Associate level with progression towards higher membership
- Ideally qualified as an ISO 45001 Lead Auditor and/or ISO 14001 Lead Auditor
