About the Role
Arcadis is the world's leading company delivering sustainable design, engineering, and consultancy solutions for natural and built assets. With over 34,000 people across more than 30 countries, we are dedicated to improving quality of life. Our two-year Graduate GROW Programme supports your transition from student to professional, working alongside clients and contributing to real projects from day one. Your journey will be shaped by your chosen specialism and the variety of projects you engage with. You will build technical expertise through meaningful client engagements and project work, while developing business acumen and professional skills via centrally delivered graduate cohort training. Graduates are encouraged and supported to proactively seek opportunities to broaden their experience and development.
As a consultant within the GROW programme, you will work within a diverse team of consultants, gaining a deep understanding of our sectors, building long-term relationships with clients and colleagues, and continuously improving how we work. You will be responsible for your own deliverables, liaising with clients and given every opportunity to build your skillsets.
In the role of Quantity Surveyor, you will work across all sectors supporting cost, commercial, and transformational consultancy projects. Your responsibilities will include advising on and managing the cost of construction and property projects from inception through to completion, influencing and driving decision making. You will assist clients with cost estimation, project planning, procurement, sustainable project choices, and cost management. Monitoring budgets and costs throughout the project lifecycle, you will utilise data to provide cost insights and keep clients and project teams informed.
Experience
You will be graduating in 2027 or have recently graduated in 2026, with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree. Experience in client engagement or project work during studies is advantageous but not essential.
About you
You demonstrate resilience, creativity, analytical thinking, and are a team player. You have excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders. You are willing to travel and stay away from home when required, although virtual working is embraced where possible.
Qualifications
BSc or MSc in a RICS accredited degree such as Quantity Surveying, Property, Real Estate, or a similar field.
