About the Role
Join Stantec’s 2026 Graduate Programme as a Graduate Sustainability Consultant based in Bristol, London or Edinburgh. In this role, you will assist with impact assessments, develop sustainability strategies, and help manage projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget. You will support research, site appraisals, planning applications, and appeals, while building your professional network both inside and outside the company. You will provide sustainability advice across a variety of projects, from site promotions to corporate strategies. As part of a collaborative team and graduate cohort, you will work on diverse projects within a supportive, inclusive, and challenging culture that encourages personal and professional growth. Requirements

About you
- A relevant Bachelor’s degree in sustainability, environmental, engineering or related discipline.
- The Planner: Organised and able to manage multiple priorities with a structured approach.
- The Adapter: Comfortable remaining calm in new situations and switching between dynamic tasks.
- The Thinker: Able to evaluate options by understanding context and risks, navigating ambiguity, and sharing ideas.
- The Striver: Takes ownership and consistently delivers on tasks and objectives.
- Motivated and proactive with a desire to make a real difference.
- Willing to work in the office 4 days per week to ensure strong team support.

Qualifications
Relevant Bachelor’s degree required. Professional chartership support provided through a structured progression plan.
