About the Role
Are you passionate about the role that Landscape Planning and Landscape Design have in addressing climate change? We have vacancies for Senior, Principal, or Senior Principal Landscape Architects in our Landscape Architecture team. In this role, you will lead a wide variety of projects, primarily within the Water sector, including flagship schemes of national importance such as wetland design, habitat improvements, Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS), and stormwater interventions benefiting local communities across the UK and Ireland. You will provide landscape planning and design input at all pre- and post-planning stages, cultivate strong client and project team relationships, contribute to fee proposals, manage discipline tasks, and undertake field and visual survey work. As a senior team member, you will influence the team’s growth and objectives while developing your own career and expertise within a Registered Practice of the Landscape Institute. Experience
- Proven experience in landscape planning and design, particularly within the Water sector.
- Demonstrable experience preparing Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments (LVIAs) and appraisals for UK planning applications.
- Strong report-writing skills.
- Knowledge of environmental planning issues, UK planning legislation, and environmental impact assessment regulations.
- Experience liaising with a broad range of stakeholders and managing project tasks effectively.

Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Landscape Architecture or a relevant subject preferred.
