You will build technical expertise through meaningful client engagements and project work, while developing business acumen and professional skills via centrally delivered graduate cohort training. Although there are no formal rotations, you will be encouraged and supported to proactively seek opportunities to broaden your experience and support your development.

As part of the Transport Technology Team, you will work alongside consultants to analyse complex transport problems and develop technology-led solutions. Your involvement will span research, strategy development, design, implementation, and evaluation, helping to shape the future of transport across the UK and beyond.

Experience
You will be graduating in 2027 or have recently graduated in 2026, with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree.

About you
You demonstrate resilience, creativity, analytical thinking, and are a team player. You have excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders. You are willing to travel and stay away from home when required, although virtual working is embraced where possible.

Qualifications
Accepted degrees include BEng, BSc, MEng, MSc in Engineering, IT-related subjects, Geography, or related fields.
