About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Construction & Installation Manager to lead the design, manufacturing, fabrication, and installation of offshore wind monopiles. This senior management role involves overseeing all phases from design and engineering through manufacture/fabrication to installation in the Far East. You will be responsible for supervising the construction of installation tools and managing offshore installation activities, ensuring all mobilization, transport, installation, and demobilization operations are executed safely and on schedule.
The role requires extensive experience in monopile design, construction, and installation within offshore wind projects. You will lead diverse teams and work autonomously within a flat organizational structure characterized by short reporting lines and a proactive, can-do attitude. Key responsibilities include overseeing the design and fabrication of installation tools such as lifting tools for upending and setdown of monopiles, grippers to support monopiles during setdown and driving, and potentially transportation cradles and grillages to support drilling and installation requirements.
This is a high-profile contract position requiring a credible senior engineer with a proven track record in offshore wind monopile construction and installation projects. The role demands strong leadership, excellent people skills, and the ability to deliver complex projects across multiple international locations.
Experience
Proven experience as a Construction & Installation Manager for offshore wind foundation installation projects involving monopiles. Extensive monopile installation experience including supervising fabrication of installation kits and offshore execution phases. Demonstrated success managing large, complex transport and installation projects safely and on schedule. Experience working with diverse teams and leading senior-level project activities internationally.

Strong communication skills and ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively. Able to travel internationally and adapt to different project environments.
Qualifications
Experienced engineer with sufficient seniority and credibility to oversee offshore wind monopile construction and installation operations. Relevant engineering qualifications and certifications in offshore wind or related fields are expected.
