About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead key accounts in Aerospace Electrification New Product Introduction (NPI) projects. You will manage sales targets and deliver ROI by working closely with clients and cross-functional teams including Sales, NPI, Product, Application Engineers, and Design Engineers. Your role involves complete design and analysis of electro-mechanical systems, specializing in electrification, electrical machine design and analysis, electromechanical system integration, and control. These innovative software and engineering design tools are adopted by leading OEMs across Aerospace, Automotive, Rail, and Renewable Energy sectors worldwide.
Your focus will be on achieving business results by analyzing project portfolios, evaluating project flow, publishing reports, and conducting review meetings to keep projects on track and prioritize effectively.
Experience
- Proven full lifecycle Sales/Account Manager experience with commercial responsibility and budget management
- Engineering background in aerospace, ideally with OEMs such as Airbus, Rolls Royce, Bombardier
- Mechanical engineering experience, preferably with rotating machinery such as gearboxes, transmissions, or drivetrains
- Client management and negotiation skills including contract handling
- Full ownership and account management for key aerospace clients
- Experience in aerospace electrification in transport sectors such as Rail, Automotive, Energy, Renewables, or Wind
About you
You are an experienced Account Manager with a strong mechanical engineering background, ideally in aerospace or electrification projects related to transport sectors like Rail or Automotive. You are results-driven, organized, and able to manage complex projects and client relationships effectively.
Qualifications
BEng in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification, with relevant experience in aerospace and electrification design engineering.
