About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects focused on aerospace electrification. You will manage key aerospace accounts with a sales target to deliver ROI, working closely with clients and internal teams including Sales, NPI, Product, Application Engineers, and Design Engineers. Your role involves complete design and analysis of electro-mechanical systems specializing in electrification, including electrical machine design, electromechanical system integration, and control. These innovative software and engineering design tools are adopted by leading OEMs across Aerospace, Automotive, Rail, and Renewable Energy sectors worldwide. You will analyze project portfolios, evaluate project flow, publish reports, and conduct review meetings to ensure projects stay on track and priorities are met, driving long-term success and profitability.

Experience
- Proven sales/account management experience covering the full lifecycle with commercial responsibility and budget management
- Engineering background in aerospace, ideally with OEMs such as Airbus, Rolls Royce, Bombardier
- Mechanical engineering experience, preferably with rotating machinery such as gearboxes, transmissions, or drivetrains
- Client management and negotiation skills, including contract handling
- Full ownership and management of key aerospace clients
- Experience in aerospace electrification within transport sectors such as rail, automotive, energy, renewables, or wind

About you
You are an experienced Account Manager with a strong mechanical engineering background, ideally in aerospace or electrification projects related to transport sectors like rail or automotive. You have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to manage complex projects and client relationships effectively.

Qualifications
BEng in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent degree
