About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead new product introduction projects focused on aerospace electrification design engineering. You will manage projects, budgets, and customer relationships for the complete design and analysis of electro-mechanical systems, specialising in electrification. This includes electrical machine design and analysis, electromechanical system integration, and control. The role involves working with cutting-edge software and engineering design tools adopted by leading OEMs in Aerospace, Automotive, Rail, and Renewable Energy sectors worldwide. Your primary focus will be on achieving business results through effective project portfolio analysis, evaluating project flow, publishing reports, and conducting review meetings to keep projects on track and prioritize initiatives. This senior position requires strong leadership and accountability for solution delivery within aerospace electrification programmes.

Experience
- Formal Project Manager experience with full responsibility for project delivery
- Commercial responsibility and budget management
- Engineering background in aerospace, ideally with Airbus experience
- Supply chain management and negotiation experience, including contracts
- Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) in Aerospace

You are a highly organized and results-driven professional with strong leadership skills. You thrive in a data-driven environment and are comfortable managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders. You have excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize and drive projects to successful completion.

Qualifications
- BEng in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Project management qualification such as Prince2, PMP, or equivalent
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Proficient in Excel and VBA for data analysis and reporting
