This role combines account growth across existing and target clients, client relationship management, and complex project delivery within the Occupiers and Real Estate markets. You will manage multidisciplinary project teams and be responsible for commercial performance and project outcomes.

Account Growth and Client Leadership: Develop account plans, manage pursuits and pipelines, tailor value propositions, and build strong relationships across client organisations and Arcadis to generate growth, cross-selling opportunities, and trusted-partner status.

Complex Project Delivery: Lead multidisciplinary teams, translate objectives into delivery plans, manage budgets and schedules, assure contractual compliance, and provide strategic advice while maintaining stakeholder alignment and client satisfaction.

The role involves managing multiple medium-sized accounts contributing approximately £1 million to £2 million in annual net revenue, personally delivering £1 million to £2 million in gross revenue growth, and overseeing projects typically valued at £100 million or more.

Experience
Proven experience managing complex projects and leading multidisciplinary teams. Demonstrated ability to manage business relationships at executive level and deliver significant revenue growth. Expertise as a leading project management professional within your area of specialism.

About You
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively. Strategic thinker with excellent client relationship management skills. Able to develop and implement account plans aligned with company strategy. Comfortable working collaboratively across internal teams to maximise opportunities and deliver value-creating outcomes for clients.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. Relevant professional qualification or chartered status is required.
