As our next Principal Urban Drainage Modeller, you will be instrumental in elevating team capabilities by guiding and training colleagues, fostering a new generation of experts. You will plan and coordinate critical urban drainage initiatives from concept to completion, championing technical excellence and best practices to ensure our innovative solutions consistently exceed expectations.

Experience
Proven ability to successfully lead projects in an urban drainage environment, demonstrating technical expertise across a wide range of urban drainage modelling activities. Experience managing and developing junior modellers is beneficial but there is scope to focus on a primarily technical role.

Qualifications
Degree qualified with membership to a relevant professional institution such as CIWEM or ICE.
