About the Role

You will be part of the Civil Infrastructure and Utilities Group within the wider Project Management and Commercial Management Team (PMCM), collaborating with over 400 professionals across the UK.

Your role will involve ensuring compliance with quality management systems, driving efficiencies throughout project execution, and providing leadership to multi-disciplinary project teams. You will organise and chair client meetings, plan and control projects valued between £1m and £15m, manage project changes, and oversee contract administration under various frameworks. Additionally, you will undertake line management responsibilities for Assistant or Graduate/Undergraduate Project Managers.

Requirements

Experience
- Previous experience in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or Civil Engineering is desirable.
- Experience working with projects in water, linear infrastructure, and/or environmental sectors is beneficial.
- Proven ability to lead and administer NEC Contracts.
- Competence in stakeholder management, risk management, planning/scheduling, and commercial management.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Qualifications
- Professional qualification in project management, quantity surveying, and/or an engineering discipline.
- Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Maths (STEM) or a related field.
- NEC accreditation and relevant technical and practical skills.
- Membership of professional institutions such as Association for Project Management (APM), Project Management Institute (PMI), Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), or Institution of Civil Engineers (MICE).
