About the Role
Join WSP as a Project Manager within our expanding team focused on water, environment, and infrastructure projects. You will deliver diverse projects for global clients across sectors including natural environment, water, flood defence, earth and environment. As part of the Civil Infrastructure and Utilities Group and the wider Project Management and Commercial Management Team (PMCM), you will lead projects valued between £1m and £15m, ensuring quality management compliance and driving efficiencies throughout project execution. Your role will involve providing leadership and guidance to multidisciplinary teams, organising and chairing client meetings, managing project change, and overseeing contract administration under various frameworks. You will also undertake line management responsibilities for Assistant or Graduate/Undergraduate Project Managers. Requirements

Experience
- Previous experience in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or Civil Engineering with a focus on project management.
- Proven ability to lead and administer NEC contracts.
- Experience managing projects within the water, linear infrastructure, or environmental sectors is beneficial but not essential.

About you
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work with limited supervision to plan, execute, monitor and control projects.
- Competent in risk management, planning/scheduling, and commercial management.
- Agile and adaptable with a desire to develop your project management career to its full potential.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.

Qualifications
- Professional qualification in project management, quantity surveying and/or an engineering discipline.
- Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths (STEM) or related discipline.
- NEC accreditation and membership of relevant professional institutions such as Association for Project Management (APM), Project Management Institute (PMI), Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), or Institute of Civil Engineers (MICE).
