About the Role
Join WSP as a Project Manager within our expanding team focused on delivering diverse projects across infrastructure, natural environment, water, flood defence, and earth and environment sectors. You will work on projects ranging from £1m to £15m, providing leadership and guidance in a multi-disciplinary environment. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with quality management systems, driving efficiencies in project execution, organising and chairing client meetings, managing project change, and overseeing contract administration under various frameworks. You will also undertake line management duties for Assistant or Graduate/Undergraduate Project Managers. Experience
- Previous experience in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or Civil Engineering with a desire to focus on Project Management.
- Proven ability to lead and administer NEC contracts.
- Competence in stakeholder management, risk management, planning/scheduling, and commercial management.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Qualifications
- Professional qualification in project management, quantity surveying, and/or an engineering discipline.
- Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Maths (STEM) or similar.
- Membership of professional institutions such as Association for Project Management (APM), Project Management Institute (PMI), Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), or Member of Institute of Civil Engineers (MICE).
- Background in water, linear infrastructure, and/or environmental projects is beneficial but not essential.
