Our client is seeking a proactive Project Support Assistant to join their dynamic operations team. This is an excellent opportunity to support key projects - including the innovative Chapter Living Programme - by ensuring smooth coordination, clear communication, and robust administrative support.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Project Support Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in keeping operations running efficiently.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for project-related queries
- Coordinating project information between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Producing, formatting, and issuing Operations and Maintenance Manuals (O&Ms).
- Uploading weekly progress reports to client portals Maintaining and updating project documentation and internal records.
- Collecting and analysing project data to support reporting and forecasting.
- Supporting the Operations Manager and wider team with administrative duties Identifying and resolving system issues (e.g. Onetrace), ensuring follow-up actions are completed .
- What Success Looks Like Accurate and up-to-date project documentation and internal records .
- Proactive ownership of assigned processes and effective issue resolution
- Strong collaboration with the Operations and Project teams.
- A positive contribution to our culture of service excellence and team. cohesion.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in a project support, administrative or similar role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal High attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and SharePoint.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset with a strong sense of initiative.
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach and commitment to our mission and values Desirable (But not essential)
- Experience in the construction sector Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Working towards a project management qualification.
