About the Role

As a Site Operative, you will play a key role in maintaining cleanliness and safety by operating pressure washer machinery to clean a variety of vehicles. You will use degreasers and chemicals while adhering to health and safety risk assessments and method statements. Your responsibilities will include maintaining cleaning schedules, providing feedback to improve efficiency, clearing debris and waste materials from the wash area and site, and performing other manual duties as directed by the Workshop Manager. You will also be responsible for keeping tools and equipment in good repair, maintaining site areas to ensure safe operation, following PPE requirements, completing vehicle washing logs, and managing necessary vehicle movements between locations. Experience
- Training or experience in the use of pressure washers is essential.
- Ability to work alone and under pressure while actively seeking solutions.
- UK Full HGV licence (Category C) is required.

Qualifications
- Essential: UK Full HGV licence (Category C).
- Desirable: Forklift licence (Counterbalance), leadership experience, qualification issued by the Water Jetting Association (WJA).
