As a Wash Operative, you will operate pressure washer machinery safely and effectively to clean a variety of vehicles. You will use degreasers and chemicals while following health and safety risk assessments and method statements. Maintaining an established cleaning schedule, you will provide feedback to improve efficiency, clean debris and waste materials from the washing area, and perform other manual duties as directed. You will keep tools and equipment in good repair, travel between local depots as required, and ensure wash areas are clean and safe at all times. Adherence to health and safety PPE requirements and completion of vehicle washing logs are essential parts of the role.

Experience
- Training or experience in the use of pressure washers is required.
- Ability to work alone and under pressure while actively seeking solutions.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexibility to undertake a wide range of tasks.

- Holds a full UK driving licence (car).
- Reliable and motivated with a commitment to health and safety.
- Willingness to travel between local depots as needed.

Qualifications
- Essential: UK full driving licence (car).
- Desirable: Forklift licence (Counterbalance), HGV licence, leadership experience, qualification issued by the Water Jetting Association (WJA).
