This Higher Apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to work as an Engineering Technician within the Building Specialist Team in London, collaborating with a dynamic group of professionals to create innovative and sustainable building solutions that enhance the built environment.

Most of your apprenticeship will be spent working on the job, gaining hands-on experience. Your tasks may include assisting in the development of digital models and drawings, supporting technical analysis and simulations to optimise building performance, and contributing to the preparation of digital 3D models, reports, and documentation for client presentations and project submissions.

The apprenticeship lasts 3 years, starting Monday 7 September 2026, and includes a Level 4 Construction Design and Build Technician training course.

Requirements

Qualifications
Essential qualifications include 5 GCSEs including English, Maths, and Science at grade Level 5 or above, and 3 A Levels (or equivalent) in relevant subjects at Pass grade. Candidates with other relevant qualifications and industry experience are encouraged to apply, as the apprenticeship can be tailored to reflect existing knowledge.

Experience
