About the Role
As a Field Supervisor, you will be a key member of a small, dynamic team responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant day-to-day operational management of ScottishPower Renewables' portfolio. You will act as the responsible Field Supervisor for a designated number of sites, proactively managing, coordinating, and closing out local issues directly or via sub-contractors. Additional responsibilities include confirming statutory and regulatory compliance (health & safety, environmental, planning), contributing to site performance reporting, and supporting the achievement of SPR O&M key performance indicators. You will assess work tasks pre-commencement, carry out wind turbine inspections and fault resetting, and assist with OPEX budget development and forecasting.
Working closely with the Area Supervisor and internal/external stakeholders, including landowners and emergency services, you will provide 24-hour call-out response for site emergencies. You will also perform limited high voltage apparatus operations in line with SPR Electrical Safety Rules and support consistent resourcing during periods of increased workload, training, holidays, and sickness.
