About the Role
Join the Secondary Reinforcement team to facilitate and coordinate all aspects of the Reinforcement and LV Unlooping programmes. You will assist in the collation and reporting of scheme progress and provide an interface with internal stakeholders to support project delivery. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include co-ordinating programme trackers, ensuring projects are delivered within timescales, coordinating field staff and material requirements, and maintaining required standards of safety, quality, and environmental management. You will deliver excellent customer service across all operations and actively promote customer service standards within your area of responsibility. Compliance with site and workplace audits and attendance at monthly team meetings are also key aspects of this role.

Experience
- Previous experience in a relevant area
- Working knowledge of Energy Networks policies, procedures, and working practices
- Working knowledge of SPEN Project building and financial systems (PPM and PM)
- Computer literacy including Microsoft Office suite and PowerBi
About you
- Effective and confident written and verbal communicator
- Ability to proactively build knowledge of network and network management systems
- Confidence to work unsupervised
- Developed negotiation, communication, and people management skills
- Contract management skills and general commercial and regulatory awareness
- Ability to devise solutions to complex problems and challenges
- Awareness of health, safety, and environmental legislation and network development policies
