About the Role
We’re looking for a decisive and delivery-driven Hardware Platform Owner to take full accountability for the end-to-end lifecycle of user devices. The Hardware Platform is responsible for delivering a modern device experience that supports flexible, hybrid working and enables productivity from day one. You will own the entire lifecycle of user hardware, from defining strategic standards and managing suppliers through to provisioning, refresh, and retirement. The role focuses on experience-led device design, ensuring equipment is reliable, secure, and aligned to user needs and personas. You will drive efficiency and sustainability through lifecycle optimisation, asset intelligence, and streamlined fulfilment, ensuring employees are always equipped to perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities
- Own device lifecycle from procurement to retirement
- Define hardware standards and strategy
- Manage suppliers and vendor performance
- Ensure secure and reliable device experience
- Drive sustainability and lifecycle optimisation

Experience
- Experience managing hardware or device environments
- Knowledge of lifecycle and asset management
- Vendor and supplier management experience

Qualifications
ITIL Foundation qualification or equivalent experience

About You
- Ability to define user-focused hardware standards
- Delivery-driven and decisive mindset
- Understanding of sustainability in IT asset management is desirable
