£30,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on skills and experience

About the Role
Equans is seeking a Premises Officer to join our team on a permanent basis. You will act as the focal point for resolving facilities requests reported onsite or through the dedicated facilities management helpdesk. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the satisfactory completion of assigned tasks such as installations, repairs, planned maintenance, and general premises checks. This role requires an enhanced DBS check.

Experience
Previous experience as a Premises Officer or Caretaker is required. Experience in a customer-facing role is desirable.

Ability to work independently and resolve facilities issues efficiently

Qualifications
Enhanced DBS check required
