We are seeking a Programme Manager to join our Programme Management and Commercial Management (PMCM) team, working with clients in the water sector to deliver large-scale capital investments. In this role, you will manage benefits, costs, and commercial aspects of programmes to ensure financial efficiency and value. You will oversee projects and programmes from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery and operational success.

Your responsibilities will include reporting performance metrics with accuracy and quality, driving continuous learning and innovation, and leading collaborative improvement and change management initiatives. You will foster a culture of coaching, innovation, safety, accountability, and effective problem-solving. Additionally, you will conduct independent research and analysis to develop strategies, resolve conflicts, and prioritise solutions that align with project goals and stakeholder expectations.

Risk management and proactive negotiation are key aspects of this role, requiring you to assess risks, provide recommendations, and facilitate stakeholder engagement to support informed decision-making and empower team success.

Experience
- Relevant experience as a programme manager
- Experience in the water sector is preferable
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams to achieve desired outcomes
