We support your wellbeing, future savings, and climate action to help you take care of your world today and tomorrow.

Requirements

Experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret regulatory and contractual requirements. Proven experience in stakeholder management and engagement with external parties such as NESO and customers. Good understanding of the UK electricity regulatory framework, including Ofgem’s role, NESO processes, and key industry codes. Knowledge of financial governance, securities, and payment processes within a regulated environment. Experience working collaboratively across technical, commercial, and regulatory teams to deliver complex projects.

About you
Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively. Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying risks and opportunities for process improvement. Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment supporting renewable energy growth and regulatory compliance. Committed to contributing to a sustainable energy future aligned with company values and social purpose.
