About the Role
Join ScottishPower’s Customer Business team, providing energy to millions of households and businesses across the UK. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in system integration across ScottishPower’s technical landscape, using a variety of information exchange mechanisms. You will drive the roadmap of improvements to deliver the best possible customer experience and work on critical projects with opportunities to switch teams and areas of focus.

You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and software developers, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, understood, and successfully delivered. This role requires hands-on technical experience and comfort working directly with systems. You will document existing business processes and workflows, translate business requirements into functional specifications, and collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and testers to drive system and process improvements.

Experience
- Expert in information data exchange processes within SAP
- Expert in information transfer between ScottishPower and key partners
- Expert knowledge of the Utility Industry Data Transfer Network
- Understanding of the UK industry registrations process
- Experience with Power BI and Python
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Experience of the full software delivery lifecycle including Agile methodology (preferred)

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a similar technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant technical field (preferred but not essential)
