Your responsibilities will include assessing monthly contractor measures, leading commercial meetings to agree costs, recording contractual and commercial information, and monitoring contractual obligations. You will assess variations and claims by collaborating with legal, engineering, environmental, and project management teams, making commercial recommendations to support decision-making. Additionally, you will prepare final account values for contractors and ensure compliance with SPEN’s integrated management system, including Health and Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards. You will also assess operational functions of the Quantity Surveying team and proactively propose improvements, while mentoring graduate QSs to guide them in their roles.
