About the Role
Equans is seeking a confident and capable Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple SHDF/decarbonisation properties in Enfield and Brent. You will be responsible for ensuring all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard while acting as the key link between the site and the wider project team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, can manage several workstreams simultaneously, and takes pride in maintaining excellent site standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations across multiple live properties
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered to programme
- Maintain accurate site records and documentation
- Uphold strong health and safety standards at all times
- Read and interpret project information and drawings confidently
Typical Works on Site
- Window and door installations
- Roof replacements and repairs
- Scaffolding
- Solar PV installations
- Additional property improvement measures

Experience
Proven ability to manage multiple live sites and coordinate subcontractors effectively in a busy environment.

Qualifications
- Relevant Health & Safety courses (e.g. asbestos, scaffolding)
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid
- Full valid UK Driving Licence
