- Acting as the relationship lead for stakeholders across SP Manweb, facilitating collaboration between external partners and internal teams.
- Supporting major infrastructure and capital projects with bespoke local engagement strategies.
- Advising internal teams on stakeholder risks, sensitivities, and opportunities to ensure local feedback shapes project decisions.
- Representing stakeholder engagement in internal and external forums and project boards.
- Championing the value of strategic engagement and advocating for stakeholder-informed decision-making across the business.

About you
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility across diverse stakeholders.
- Strong influencing skills and ability to navigate internal teams to align priorities.
- Comfortable working independently, proactively identifying and delivering opportunities.
- Ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic priorities with on-the-ground delivery.
