About the Role
The Improvement Analyst role sits within the Customer Business Centre of Excellence (CoE), reporting to the Change Management Manager. You will provide support and quality controls to the Customer Business change and incident management processes, particularly SAP and Cloud-based application platforms. Your responsibilities include implementing CoE process improvements and providing expertise regarding SAP change management processes to support day-to-day operations. Ensuring effective business solution performance, you will coach and train team members on agile principles and facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. You will also support internal and external audits to ensure compliance with all stipulated controls.
Key responsibilities include identifying issues through control reporting and analysis, producing change controls or incidents as necessary, and applying business and technological expertise to inform solution requirements. You will participate in Business and IT demand management, identify and prioritise business requirements, develop business cases, and manage projects through to successful implementation with effective process controls.
Additional duties include supervising and directing CoE staff and external contractors/consultants, managing business stakeholder relationships, identifying SAP best practices, recommending and initiating improvement activities, designing, specifying, testing, and implementing changes to business processes, defining and rolling out standards and templates, and maintaining suitable documentation.

Experience
Proven experience in change and delivery management, governance and compliance, and stakeholder engagement. Familiarity with SAP change management processes and agile methodologies is essential. Experience in resource and capacity planning, risk and issue management, and financial tracking and forecasting (SAP) is required.
About you
You are analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and implementing process improvements. You have strong communication and coaching skills, with the ability to facilitate agile ceremonies and manage stakeholder relationships effectively. You are comfortable supervising teams and working collaboratively with internal and external partners.
Qualifications
Relevant qualifications or certifications in change management, project management, or agile methodologies are desirable. A strong understanding of SAP systems and cloud-based platforms is advantageous.
