In this role, you will provide operational business support for LV Services within SP Energy Networks’ Licence Programmes, focusing on delivering high-quality customer service and technical support. Your responsibilities will include managing customer operations such as communication, billing, contracts, complaints, and service requests, as well as overseeing contractors when required. You will contribute to the development and implementation of new programmes and improvements that support evolving customer needs.

You may assume direct responsibility for customer operations for specific clients and perform specialized technical support tasks in a hands-on environment, following prescribed procedures with moderate supervision.

Key responsibilities include acting as an effective team member supporting administrative duties, managing incoming correspondence and job requests, ensuring business requests are processed in line with procedures and timelines, delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental requirements, championing a zero-accident culture, leveraging innovative IT solutions to drive efficiency, upholding quality standards, and contributing to Licence Programme process improvements.

Requirements

Experience
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-functional team environment. Strong customer service skills. Familiarity with Energy Networks policies, procedures, and working practices is desirable. SAP experience is advantageous but not essential.

About you
Proactive and adaptable with a commitment to high standards and safety. Awareness of health, safety, and environmental legislation. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work collaboratively within a team.

Qualifications
Essential proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy. Understanding of inter-business relationships is beneficial.
