We are seeking a Project Coordinator (Delivery) to join our Connections team within SP Manweb (SPM). This role is responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of customer projects, predominantly LV minor works, ensuring compliance with regulatory and licence obligations across the electricity distribution network. You will play a key role in delivering district business plan outputs, supporting stakeholder engagement, and coordinating project plans that minimise customer outages and optimise performance against incentive mechanisms.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver projects in line with financial, regulatory, and business objectives.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to support project delivery.
- Coordinate project planning and contract management activities.
- Support performance improvement through analysis and feedback.
- Promote safety and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.
- Contribute to the delivery of connections business plan outputs.

Experience
- Experience in project or programme coordination.
- Relevant network construction and operational experience.
- Technical and operational experience in a relevant engineering role.
- Electrical design and network construction experience is desirable.
- SAP system knowledge is beneficial.
- Commercial and contract awareness.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and devise solutions.
- Strong stakeholder and customer engagement skills.

Qualifications
- Crafts qualification, apprenticeship, S/NVQ, or equivalent experience.
