About the Role
Join SP Energy Networks, part of the Iberdrola Group, as a Project Coordinator (Delivery) within the Connections team at SP Manweb. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of customer projects, predominantly LV minor works, ensuring compliance with regulatory and licence obligations across the electricity distribution network. Your role will be key in delivering district business plan outputs, supporting stakeholder engagement, and coordinating project plans that minimise customer outages while optimising performance against incentive mechanisms. You will deliver projects aligned with financial, regulatory, and business objectives, engage with customers and stakeholders to support project delivery, coordinate project planning and contract management activities, support performance improvement through analysis and feedback, promote safety, and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.

Experience
Experience in project or programme coordination. Relevant network construction and operational experience. Technical and operational experience in a relevant engineering role. Electrical design and network construction experience is desirable. SAP system knowledge is beneficial.

About you
Strong stakeholder and customer engagement skills. Commercial and contract awareness. Ability to manage competing priorities and devise effective solutions. A driving licence is desirable.

Qualifications
Crafts qualification, apprenticeship, S/NVQ, or equivalent experience. Experience in a project delivery role within a relevant sector.
