About the Role
Join ScottishPower’s Customer Business team and play a key role in system integration across the company’s technical landscape, using a variety of information exchange mechanisms. You will drive the roadmap of improvements to deliver the best possible experience to customers, working on critical projects with opportunities to switch teams and areas of focus. Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and software developers, you will ensure requirements are clearly defined, understood, and successfully delivered. This role requires hands-on technical experience and comfort working directly with systems. Be part of a growing team using cutting-edge technology to solve real business problems and contribute to ScottishPower’s commitment to innovation and customer service excellence.

Experience
- Expert in information data exchange processes within SAP
- Expert in information transfer between ScottishPower and key partners
- Expert knowledge of the Utility Industry Data Transfer Network
- Understanding of the UK industry registrations process
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Knowledge of Power BI and Python

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a similar technical field, or equivalent practical experience (required)
- Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant technical field (preferred but not essential)
- Knowledge of requirement gathering and process mapping
- Experience with the full software delivery lifecycle including Agile methodology
