About the Role
As a Clerical Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to customers contacting us with General Enquiries. You will manage customers through the General Enquiries process end to end, liaising with key District staff and Contract partners to ensure outstanding service delivery. Your duties include managing customer enquiries from initial contact through to passing them to the relevant teams for completion, conducting close down calls where relevant to ensure customer satisfaction, and identifying any areas of dissatisfaction before closing enquiries. You will also be responsible for reporting on performance and identifying areas for improvement, supporting the delivery of improvement actions alongside your team under the guidance of your team manager. Additionally, you will handle general enquiry calls and take on a storm role during severe weather events and busy periods.

Experience
Clerical and administrative experience is required.
Experience in customer service with a good telephone manner is essential.

Knowledge of Customer Satisfaction Broader Measure is desirable.

Qualifications
